The Divine Michelangelo

Michelangelo’s fame quickly spread throughout the world, and he became known as the “Divine Michelangelo.” In this documentary, filmed entirely on site in Florence, Italy, Dr. Rocky Ruggiero explores the early part of Michelangelo’s career. He focuses on Michelangelo’s first two sculptures in the Casa Buonarroti Museum, and then the artist’s apotheosis with the “David.”
